Freshly Milled Wheat

Each whole wheat, savory or sweet loaf is milled from Montana-grown wheat berry kernels. The grain is freshly milled on-site into flour each morning and is kneaded and shaped by hand – using only the finest ingredients. It is the amount of time and the way in which it is nurtured that gives every loaf its distinctive taste and texture. Each whole grain loaf is allowed to naturally develop its full flavor and character. It is then individually formed and made with love. Every healthy baked good provides both spiritual and physical nourishment.
