The Bread House Granary and Bakery nutritious homemade breads are made daily from freshly-milled hard red and soft white wheat kernels (berries). We maintain the authenticity of the entire wheat kernels in our flour milling process and use no artificial preservatives.
Since we use no preservatives in our healthy breads and baked goods we suggest enjoying these products right away.
All of our baked goods freeze well, which maintains the quality and freshness, the food had before freezing. Simply tightly package the items in heavy duty foil or freezer bags.
